Peach vs. Apricot

Peach Vs. Apricots

Peach: The peach tree, Prunus persica, is a deciduous tree, native to China, where it was first cultivated. It bears an edible juicy fruit called a peach. The species name persica refers to its widespread cultivation in Persia, whence it was transplanted to Europe. It is classified with the almond in the subgenus Amygdalus, distinguished from the other subgenera by the corrugated seed shell. It belongs to the subfamily Prunoideae of the family Rosaceae

Apricot: The apricotPrunus armeniaca, is a species of Prunus, classified with the plum in thesubgenus Prunus. The native range is somewhat uncertain due to its extensive prehistoric cultivation.

Well, I've just made this account. This is just the description of my new blog. As you see, My screen name is Apricot Pie while my blog's name is Pretty Peach.

I love both fruits and colors, I'm not a big fan of pink but I can be a bit girly. The color peach/apricot is like a color with a hint of femininity in it.

If you ask me, peach and apricot's color is the same.

I like them both, especially peach juice :)

Peace out!
